Z-Crew Volunteer Program
The Z-Crew is the official volunteer team of the ZONTA Arts & Crafts Festival. By registering as a volunteer, you agree to uphold the standards, policies, and responsibilities outlined below. Please read carefully before signing up.
Volunteer Code of Conduct

Volunteers must conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner at all times.

Alcohol, drugs, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.

Volunteers must follow all instructions provided by Festival Staff, Committee Chairs, and On-Site Supervisors.

Dress code is casual but neat; volunteers should wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for outdoor activity.
Age & Eligibility

Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a signed parental/guardian consent form.

High school students may earn community service hours upon completion of their assigned shift(s); documentation will be provided.

All volunteers must sign in at the designated check-in location prior to beginning service and sign out at the conclusion of their shift. Hours will be recorded based on this log.
Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By volunteering with the Z-Crew, you acknowledge and agree that participation is at your own risk. The ZONTA Club of Pascagoula Area, its officers, members, partners, and affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal property occurring during volunteer service.

Volunteers must immediately notify Festival Staff if they are injured or become aware of a safety hazard.

Volunteers agree to release and hold harmless the ZONTA Club of Pascagoula Area from any and all liability arising from participation.
Attendance & Commitment

Volunteers are expected to arrive on time for their assigned shifts, sign in, and pick up their lanyard badge at the Chevron Trailer.

If you are unable to attend, notify the Volunteer Coordinator at least 24 hours in advance.

Volunteers are expected to remain at their assigned post for the full duration of their shift. Lanyard badges must be returned at sign-out in order to receive credit.
Community Service Verification

Verification letters or forms for high school or organizational credit will be issued only after completion of scheduled service hours and proper sign-in/sign-out.

No partial credit will be given for incomplete or unverified shifts.
Agreement
By signing up online, you:

Consent to photographs and video that may include your image being used for festival promotion.

If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian complete and sign this form before you can volunteer. Must bring with you to the Festival in order to participate.
🎟️ Rules for the Z-Crew Volunteer Drawing
Eligibility

Drawing is open to all registered Z-Crew volunteers who have completed their assigned shifts at the ZONTA Arts & Crafts Festival.

Volunteers must check in and out properly to receive credit for hours served.
Entries
-
One (1) drawing ticket will be awarded for every two (2) verified volunteer hours served.

Tickets will be distributed at the Volunteer Check-Out station.
-
Volunteers are responsible for securing their tickets until the drawing. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
Prizes
-
Prizes will be announced at the conclusion of the festival.

Winners do not need to be present to win; however, winners must claim their prize within 14 days or it will be forfeited.

No substitutions or cash value will be offered for prizes.
General Conditions

The ZONTA Club of Pascagoula Area reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the drawing at any time if circumstances require.

Participation in the drawing constitutes agreement to these rules.
