Welcome,    -Crew! Thank you for giving your time and energy to make the festival a success. Here’s everything you need to know while you’re on shift.

✅ Check In & Out

• Check in at the Vendor Check-in Booth at the M&M Bank Building for 4 to 6 am shifts

• Check in at the Chevron Trailer for all other shifts.

• At the end of your shift, return your badge to the Chevron Trailer (corner of Delmas & Pascagoula).

  • This is REQUIRED to get credit for your service hours.

📍 Chevron Trailer

• Located at the corner of Delmas Avenue & Pascagoula Street.

• Look for the Chevron logo trailer – this is your check-out and badge return spot.

📝 During Your Shift

• Stay at your assigned post until the end of your shift.

• Be friendly and helpful – you are the face of the festival!

• If you need assistance, contact the Volunteer Leader or head to the Chevron Trailer.
